Whether submitting your form online or by mail, please remember to send us a check for the application fee. Information regarding that is as follows:

• Beginning May 1st, 2018, there will be a 3% fee for all credit card transactions.

• There is a $50.00 application fee for the first performing group. Additional groups from the same school for same festival/same date can participate for an additional *$25.00 per group. (*Savings for multiple groups).

• The application fee is Non-Refundable and is not considered a deposit or credit.

• Payment is divided into two installments with the balance due 30 days prior to the festival date.

• Final group numbers must be received 30 days prior to the festival date after which no refunds will be given and no changes in group numbers will be accepted.

• Special payment schedules and cancellation policies will apply for additional services, such as motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations and meals.
